At Big Ear Astrology, our consultations and services are personalized according to the information and requirements provided by each client. Due to the nature of these services, we follow the refund and cancellation terms outlined below.
1. Consultation & Personalized Services
Our services include astrology consultations, Kundali analysis, single-topic consultations, signature analysis, watch analysis, Vastu consultations, and other personalized services.
Since these services involve dedicated time, preparation, analysis, and personalized guidance, payments made for such services are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Once a consultation or personalized analysis has been scheduled, prepared, or initiated, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated depending on availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally.
- Payment received but the requested service cannot be provided by Big Ear Astrology.
- Any other situation where Big Ear Astrology agrees to provide a refund at its discretion.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will generally be processed through the original payment method.
4. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not generally be provided because of a change of mind, dissatisfaction with an interpretation or guidance, failure to provide accurate information, or a change in personal circumstances after the service has been scheduled or delivered.
5. Service-Related Issues
If you experience an issue with a consultation or service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable resolution.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution used for the transaction.
Big Ear Astrology is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
7. Policy Changes
Big Ear Astrology reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
